Jatin S. Bains Founder, Chairman and President has 30 years experience in the commercial maritime industry. As Project Director he helped initiate the development the award winning CATE™ System under a DHS cooperative agreement for Maritime Domain Awareness. Prior to that CAPT Bains was President of Gulf & Orient Steamship Line, NYC with a 15 vessel fleet transporting oversize/ heavy lift cargoes worldwide and operating US Flag Tug-Barge units. Prior to that he was CEO of East Coast Overseas Corp, New York representing foreign Government Carriers (Pakistan, Thailand, Indonesia, Egypt, Algeria) and transporting Break Bulk cargoes between USA and Asia, Middle East and Latin America. Prior to that in the 1980's he served operationally in mid management at various shipping lines. Prior to that in the 1970's he sailed on commercial ships in various capacities and holds a Master's License. He was issued Patent # 6,625,584 by the USPTO on eLogistics. He has served on various MDA Working Group and chaired numerous workshops. He was a member of the US Dept of State delegation to APEC 2006 speaking on Maritime Security and served on the US National MDA CONOPS. He has published numerous white papers and regularly briefs FLAG level naval officers on their need to be prepared for asymmetric warfare from commercial shipping.

Brent Baker has 12 years experience in software engineering and system development. Prior to leading the CATE (Threat Evaluation, Situation Awareness, Sense Making and Knowledge Management) System effort he worked on US Navy programs and supported numerous enterprise system developments. He has a bachelor's in Computer Science from Rowan University and a Master's in Computer Science from La Salle University with strong analytical skills and technical knowledge across various platforms such as Java, JDBC, Eclipse, Swing, XML/SOAP, J2EE, JDEV, Informix/SQL Server/Oracle Procedures, SQL Developer, Subversion/ Source-safe, CGI-Scripting, HTML, JavaScript, SSIS, SSAS among others. He currently leads the development of the next generation CATE technology in a multi domain (maritime, land, air and border environment incorporating the maritime business intelligence realm and interfacing with the stakeholders to facilitate Threat Evaluation related decision making objectives. During his professional career he has learned a plethora of technical skills for development of smart systems in multi-tier environments.

Sean Fischer has 3 years experience in software development and system engineering supporting the CATE (Situational Awareness) System. Mr. Fischer is the lead designer and co-developer of CATE-SA™, Channel Logistics' industry leading geospatial viewer that provides computer assisted situation awareness of commercial maritime shipping. He was also co-developer of CATE-TE™ a smart 'Threat Evaluation' system that performs threat evaluation for maritime domain targets. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Kutztown University of Pennsylvania with strong application development skills for Simulation, Modeling Human Opinion Flow using Boids Algorithm and other artificial intelligence models using C++, QT, JAVA, Eclipse IDE FLEX, BISON (Lexicographical Analysis Engine), C, GDB among other technologies. He has been active in the enhancements to and implementation of the multi generation CATE (Threat Evaluation) System, specializing in client interface design, web-services, and server side development/ deployments. He currently supports development of the next generation CATE technology in a team environment incorporating the maritime business intelligence realm and interfacing with the stakeholders to facilitate Target Classification related decision making objectives.

Stephen Poserina has 3 years experience in software development and system engineering. Mr. Poserina is the co-designer and co-developer of CATE-SA™, Channel Logistics' industry leading geospatial viewer that provides computer assisted situation awareness of commercial maritime shipping. He was also co-developer of CATE-TE™ a smart 'Threat Evaluation' system that performs threat evaluation for maritime domain targets. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, University of Pittsburgh with strong application development skills using Java SE programming language and JSP technology with the Struts framework including XML, XSL, and X-Path technologies in a web application environment. He has additional experience using Eclipse IDE, debugger and related tools with familiarity in software development life cycle in multi-tier development environments. He currently supports the development of the next generation CATE (Situational Awareness) technology in a team environment incorporating the maritime business intelligence realm and interfacing with the stakeholders to facilitate Target Classification related decision making objectives.

Andrew Cupit Legal Counsel has 10 years A 1995 graduate of Rutgers University, School of Law NJ also earned his New Jersey State certification as a Mediator. He litigated hundreds of cases, handling trials and arguing appeals in Long Island, NY for four years. He litigated for claimants in Washington DC under the Federal Employers Liability Act and subsequently defended Insurance companies and National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) from claims. He has represented Asbestos related mass tort defendants. Mr. Cupit has substantial prior litigation and defense experience.

Mrs. Deep Bains Vice Chairperson and Board of Director. She has 30+ years background in business development executing multimillion dollar projects as sub contractor to US Department of Defense (DoD). Most recently served as President, ZT Precision, New Britain Connecticut. Accomplishments included recognition by the Prime Minister of France. Recognized as an outstanding Women Owned Small Business supporting federal contractors such as McDonnell Douglas, Sikorsky Aircraft, Electric Boat etc. on large DoD contracts manufacturing mission critical components for DoD programs of record. She brings substantial experience in developing and managing Government relations within the United States and in emerging Asian markets.
